Sounds like bader was in full stud mode tonight.  He could have a really fun career.

I've seen guys get hit with pickoff throws, obviously, but I've never seen a guy get hit with a pickoff throw when no one was covering first base. After the idiotic way Cain reacted when he was obviously not hit on purpose in the first inning, you wonder if there was intent there, especially with a jackass like Miley on the mound.

This is the second dust up in a week or so.  I wonder if something is going on.  I like the attitude.  And id like someone put in the dirt over wongs situation.  I was listening on the radio so idk how it looked.  They made it sound like it was intentional.

Curious how wacha, wain and cmart play into the cards plans to fi iah out the year.  With the roster expansion i dont see it necessarily blocking anyone.  I just hate to see what is working altered.

CMart is headed to the bullpen. Wacha still has work to do on rehab, but can take Weaver’s spot in the rotation. Wainwright is a September callup/cheerleader until they either clinch a playoff spot or get eliminated, after which he gets 1 final start in a Cardinals uniform to allow him and the fans to say farewell.
