I've hated that stupid chant since the moment it was concocted. The best moment was during Game 4 the '96 NLCS when the fans in St. Louis serenaded the Braves with it and the guy holding the "Chop This" sign while the Cardinals took a 3-1 lead in the series. 
Then, of course, Maddux, Smoltz and Glavine allowed something like three hits over the last three games. That wasn't as much fun.

I was a kid and the braves were nl powerhouses.  Having 3 tv stations you enjoyed what you got to see.

In Hudson, we are talking about a guy who had given up only 1 home run all season in Memphis.

Of course he had a different catcher calling his pitches.

Well, tonight has been refreshing.  We got the Braves announcers instead of Whiskey Dan and a straight man.  But I got to get to bed now.

One of them wasn't TBS, apparently. Listening to Pete Van Wieren and Skip Caray cheerlead for "America's Team" got really old, really fast.
 

Nope, i got fox, nbc, cbs and hardly ever abc.  I could pick up card games on a local tv station once in a while.  You would have to keep adjusting the router throughout the night.  Usually the signal faded to nothing but snow and id finish the game by listening on the radio.

Jack Buck is the only announcer that I've enjoyed more than Skip Carray.  And Chip has improved tremendously since his days with the Cubs and Steve Stonebrain.
 

Really? Those TBS broadcasts were like listening to tin foil crinkling for three hours.

Bullpen is so out of option idk who i would of went with but i think the goal with a 4 run lead in the opening game of the series should of been not to use hicks or martinez.
