Trevor Rosenthal needs to face Chris Davis. Or maybe Chris Davis needs to face Trevor Rosenthal.
Washington owes Rosenthal $7M for this season, but he has incentives that start to kick in at 25 appearances. At this rate, I don't think he's going to get there.
