I signed up for the MLB stream through Amazon Prime, because it was about $60 cheaper.. The service has been ... spotty. The game goes out from time to time, and last night there was no connection, even though I was able to access the internet on the laptop. It was okay, because the Mets feed was on MLB Network.
I turned on the game today and still nothing. You get a message to contact Amazon Prime but it's a link to a webpage with general troubleshooting information but no phone number.
So I call Comcast. They try the always-popular "system refresh" three times. Nada. Nunca. Nothing. But they were able to give me contact info for Amazon. I call Amazon. The employee is ... um, patronizing. "Oh, I know you guys don't like it when there's a problem with your games ..."  She hands me off to another operator and I have to start all over again. I cancel the streaming service, less $20 for the first three weeks of the season. Then I order Extra Innings on Comcast, at the full rate. Which I should have done in the first place.

I hate the Mets. Have I ever mentioned that?

It appears Yelich also likes Dodger pitching

Re: 4/20 GC

From the AP article on today's game: "Mikolas (2-1), who allowed both runs, became the first St. Louis pitcher to record an out in the seventh inning this season."

Knowing that, it's amazing they've won any games at all.

I went the other way with it. My reaction was "Thank goodness I don't have to hear another analyst on MLB Network say 'No Cardinals starter has recorded an out in the seventh inning yet.'"

I have no idea how a lefthanded batter hits a knee-high slider from a lefthanded pitcher 425 feet. To left-centerfield, no less.
I'm starting to think Braun may have introduced Yelich to some of his friends.

Im of the opinion that live sports are very difficult to stream.  I dont feel like it can ever be as reliable as satellite.

Information that would have been helpful a month ago.
