I’ll say this, the umpire has been consistent. Consistently bad. The fact that you consistently call a pitch 3-4 inches inside to RH hitters a strike doesn’t make you good, it makes you consistently shitty.

Except for the starting rotation, the bullpen with the exception of Gant, defense at the corner outfield positions, defense at third base, and pretty much the entire offense, the Cardinals are solid.

Im back to the position of wondering if it just wouldnt be best for this team to fall on its face and fire sale at the deadline.
Fyi, i think luke weaver would have the best era on this team...
