    What are the odds?

    From Associated Press:
    "Notes: Cardinals 3B Ryan Frees was scheduled to make his first spring start, but Allen Craig(notes) started instead as a precaution. Frees had two ankle operations last year."

    David Freese has a brother who dropped the final "e" in his last name.
    Maybe the Cardinals could trade Frees to San Deigo for Ricky Ludwig.
