Do you actually "fry" the steak, like in oil?
Yeah. It is tenderized deer steak. I know, gross...it actually is really good. But you dip it in egg, roll it in flour and then skillet fry it. You put a little oil in the bottom of the pan. Then make gravy out of the the oil and drippings when you are done frying. She made gravy from a package today tho.

When I left work, Michele had left for work, so I asked the kids if they wanted me to stop to pick up food. I did, and brought Bob a small meal from Wendy’s. When I got home, he was finishing the pizza that he had started cooking before he asked for the other meal.
Oh to be 19 again.
