Has anyone asked whether the Cardinals made a legitimate effort to try to sign Tatis, Jr. when he was an international free agent?

I don't watch a lot of games in this ballpark, but I don't think I've ever seen a righthanded hitter hit a home run to right field here.

Can't stay up for west coast games and usually they are not worth staying up for
