I fell asleep. We just got back in town today, and we were all exhausted. I woke up in time to see Goldscihmidt single and Fouler hit into a double play to end it.
I’m guessing Flaherty was pretty good in defeat.

He literally made one bad pitch, and it cost him the game.

Did you watch any of the Futures Game?
Carlson was 1 for 2 with an RBI single. Gorman has a pretty good at bat, but eventually struck out after fouling off several pretty good pitches.
MLB needs to figure out a way to promote and showcase the amount of fun the game can be when it’s played by kids. Granted, this was just an exhibition, but the game is a lot more fun to watch when the players are having fun.
