In his defense, he had the team's only run last night when he turned a bloop single into a double, stole third and scored on a ground ball that I don't think was ever fair.
But you're right, in this era it's had to carry a .220 batting average like the '70 Orioles did with Paul Blair.
I really think O'Neill is going to drive me crazy. He nearly single-handedly carries the offense on Monday and then lets a ball go through his legs that a Little Leaguer could have stopped. Then last night he gets doubled off first base on a line drive. I think the ink from that ugly tattoo on his arm has contaminated his brain.

On one hand id like to see if oneill can develop into a offensive powerhouse the cards cant see to develop. On the other i think this is a sell high opportunity.
