The difference being the Cubs have to pay Darvish around $80 million over the next four years.

It remains to be seen if the Cardinals acquired the Goldschmidt who played in Arizona, but he’s still the most dangerous hitter they’ve had since Pujols left.

In terms of the danger component, I'd be more worried about Munoz's penchant for hitting line drives in the Cardinals' dugout.

LOL. I missed that. I’m ashamed to admit, I joined my wife and daughter in watching the season finale of the Bachelorette, and laughed myself silly listening to the two of them argue over whether some guy named Peter or some guy named Tyler should have been her choice instead of a guy named Jed.

It was freakin' hysterical. The bachelorette chick dumps Peter (who Michele liked) and then dumped Tyler (who Madison liked) and picks and gets engaged to Jed only to find out that Jed actually only came on the show to further his career as a singer/songwriter and actually had a girlfriend when he came on the show.
The best part of the show was the confrontation by the bachelorette, where Jed admitted that when he got home to Nashville he told his buddies "he'd won" not that he got engaged, and then after a night of partying ended up back at his apartment with a few of his friends and a bunch of women in his pool. His response, "yeah, I can see that I probably shouldn't have done that." I was in tears laughing. Michele and Madison didn't find it nearly as funny as I did.

Well, I had the episode on DVR and planned to watch when I got home tonight, but now you've spoiled it for me. So thanks for that.

Actually the Jed move would be me sitting at my desk clawing at my eyes trying to force a tear so it looked like I cared.
