They say every kid has that moment—
We had a float trip today with Madison’s softball team. For those of you not familiar with Midwest customs, a float trip is basically riding down a river at the speed the current takes you while you drink. We were on the river almost 7 hours.
Bob leaves for school on Tuesday. He went with us today and asked if he could drink We said yes. He finished his first beer before I did and proclaimed he could out-drink his dad. We’re headed home. He’s passed out. He also puked on the river. Twice. Damn rookies.

You’d think a kid with his brains would understand basic physiology. He weighs 200-210. Dad weighs about 300 and has been drinking beer since the 80s. He had no shot from the start.

I thought I could drink coming out of high school until I got to ASU, That was an education.

Im kayaking this thursday. Kayaking is way better then a tube. Its fun. You can go upstream easy and if you are running behind you can pick up the pace. It will take us four or five hours. I doubt i drink for then 10 beers tho. 12 pack tops.
