    The Texas Rangers have moved right-hander Brett Tomko(notes) to their major league camp and optioned four players to minor leagues.

    Brett Tomko has a mid 90's fastball and throws four pitches for strikes.  I GUARANTEE he will be a success.

    I thought he was more or less out of the league but he hasnt been bad the last could years.  He had a mid 3 era last year.
