    And Martinez isn't any better. The Cardinals have to figure out their bullpen, because they're not going very far they way it's constituted right now.

    The pick was the toughest possible play for a first baseman, AP. It was an in-between hop that he had to field about waist-high. A lot of guys whiff on that or just try to knock it down.

    Maybe it would of been a bad position to put hudson in but i was ready to go to him after the lead was cut to two.  Martinez was up 0-2 on hamilton and walked him.  I know then the lead was in question.
