Nobody is out for the year but if today was opening day they would have a few major issues.  Shawn Marcum left yesterdays game with shoulder tightness,  Zack Greinke will start the season on the DL with a cracked rib (not a good baseball injury) and Manny Parra will likely miss the beginging of the season with back issues.  There rotation looks like this:

Shaun Marcum, as long as the should turns out to be nothing
