I only saw two SB. Greene easily stole second. Craig got lucky and could just as easily have been called out.
Looking at the box score, the third appears to be when Greene was on second and a pick-off, that would have had him caught in a run down, bounced off the SS's glove and sailed into center. I guess Greene scored from second on that error. Definitely not a SB base though, and should have been a base running error leading to an out.

Greene was credited with a SB on that play and scored on the puitcher's error.

That was very generous scoring, because had the SS caught the ball, Greene was caught in No Man's Land.

He was breaking for third, so it's a stolen base. The accuracy of the throw is irrellevant to the scorer. If the runner is heading in the direction of the next base and makes it, it's a stolen base. There may be an exception if the guy who's covering the bag egregiously drops the throw, and if course there's defensive indifference.
For the same reasons, if the throw had been accurate and Greene had been gunned down before he made it to third, it would have been a caught stealing, not a pickoff.

well, that's fair, at least, if not getting caught is a stolen base.
