Angelinos getting high on Reefer Lite

What a difference four and a half years make.  Remember when Reefer was pitching in the WS for St. Louis and L'il Bro was sitting in the stands watching.  Now Reefer Lite is among the most effective starting pitchers in baseball.

Jered Weaver is arguably the best starter in MLB so far this season.  Leading baseball in wins, ERA and strikeouts

He has always been a better pitcher then Jeff.

my hunch is that if a sibling rivalry exists, jeff points to october 27, 2006 as evidence that he was the better pitcher, on that day at least.

Not even close.  Jered has had a much better career then Jeff.

i am not the sort to have a sibling rivalry.  i simply don't communicate with them.

but if i were, i would point to my world series ring, and W in the clinching game.  that's all i'm sayin'.

Re: Angelinos getting high on Reefer Lite

If Iwere Jered I would point o the 5+ era he had as a Cardinal.  Him being DFA that season and bring up that he only has one season as a starter with a sub 4 ERA.  Then I would tell him that Arron Miles got a world series ring as well.  Maybe ask Jeff what it is like to pitch in an all star game because he doent know.

And probably not the day the Angels cut Jeff to open up a roster spot for Jered.

They are, by all accounts, very close. Jered was shown several times on TV in the stands cheering for big bro during the '06 WS.
