    It is funny that the Cardinals have the worst record, didnt have home field in the NLDS or NLCS but have it in the WS.

    I think La Russa has erred in pulling Freese so quickly. Not a good move.

    I know Tony feels comfortable with Descalso's glove, but I really wish this was Freese coming to the plate. Maybe we can get the Descalso from April/May.

    He get a bum wrap as a bad defender.  He has his moments but for the most part makes the plays he should.

    Can you imagine how Texas fans would have felt if Freese had come up in that spot?  They must be wondering what the hell La Russa was thinking and thanking their lucky stars.

    I doubt they even get it.  Washington doesnt.  He used 4 guys to fill one spot.  It is proof that anyone can manage in the AL.
