    I think Matheny is going to be pretty committed to resting him a lot. And they have to keep Adams sharp, too.

    Right, I have just never heard of either of those guys pitching in relief. I love it.

    Freese is going to play in Memphis tomorrow, DH Friday and might play this weekend. I don't think he'll be active on Monday, though. Just a guess.

    Double Plajols strikes in Cincinnati.

    I'm not seeing anything different from this Lynn and the Lynn from last summer.

    Helluva a first start. Done after giving up a single, double and triple in the fifth.

    Knee-jerk reaction and all, but my guess is Lynn is the first non-injury pitcher bumped from the rotation. Hopefully they don't dawdle on this.
