Holy crap, the little mermaid is a major league pitcher now? How does she pitch without balking?
Oh, and the Rockies are once again behind before batting for the first time today.

She doesn't get much on it . She just kind of flips it up there.

Fucking Pedro Alvarez just gave Pittsburgh the lead in Colorado. Why does anyone throw him a fastball?

Especially the cardinals.

This habit the Cardinals have developed of falling behind in the first inning is unsettling.

I assume Siegrist in the 7th means Broxton in the 8th. I have no idea why Matheny is trying to force Broxton into that role. For every decent outing, he's had some real clunkers. I really don't trust him that much.

TK is 1000% right on Lyons over Choate. There is absolutely no reason to carry a guy who might (emphasis on might) be able to get out one batter.
It won't happen, but it should

Or not. That's the problem with Broxton. Every fifth game, he hits 97 with his fastball and throws that wicked slider. Very untrustworthy, though.

According to the Bible, the only purpose his dick serves is to make babies, and since he's probably done in that area he just needs to take one for the team.
