May 18 Cardinals beat Red Sox in STL
June 3 Cardinals lose to Astros in Houston .
Baseball is a little different now since I watched the Cardinals play Houston as the Colt 45’s before the Astrodome was built .

Of players with over 100 ab only molina has a worst obp then carp and nobody had a worst slug%.
Even with all those nice walks?
It’s almost like he goes to the plate thinking, “how can I draw a nice walk”, instead of getting the bat on the ball .

Not the best start to the series. Didnt watch the game tho.
They couldn't do anything with Hendricks. His pitch count was in the 80s. He could have probably gone another three or four innings at the rate he was going.
I didn't see the inning Flats gave up the home run to Rizzo because I was walking the dog, but McLaughlin complained later on that Flats got squeezed on a couple of close pitches.I saw his pitch count was 81. Did the cards not take a pitch all day?
No one drew a nice walk .
